Dr Youssof Oskrochi is a public health physician with deep experience in designing, testing and deploying safe, compliant and impactful digital health services at scale. As the National Medical Director’s Senior Clinical Fellow at NHS England and a Technical Expert to the NHS Consortium for Global Health, he has contributed to major national and international initiatives to improve patient outcomes through digital innovation.
Youssof holds degrees in Biomedical Chemistry and Medicine (triple distinction) from the University of Warwick and Imperial College London, alongside an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. He also holds MRCS and MFPH postgraduate qualifications in surgery and public health. His combination of clinical, public health and digital expertise enables him to bring rigorous, system-level thinking to complex safety, governance and implementation challenges.
