Dr Arrash Yassaee is an academic paediatrician specialising in digital health evaluation and large-scale health innovation. He brings over a decade of experience leading major public and private sector programmes, including senior roles on some of the most significant transformation projects and negotiations in NHS history. He has won international awards for his digital health work and has led world-first regulatory approvals for digital and AI medical technologies, overseeing research across three continents and supporting products used by millions of patients.

Alongside an international advisory portfolio, in his substantive role, Arrash is responsible for national HealthTech policy, programmes and deployments - including the world’s first autonomous AI deployments in healthcare. He studied medicine at the University of Cambridge and UCL, and holds postgraduate qualifications including an MPH and MBA from institutions such as Imperial College London and Harvard Business School.
